Don Bosco Institute of Technology successfully organized a Stress Management Session on 21st February from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Seminar Hall A-004.

The session focused on helping students manage academic pressure, improve focus, and prioritize mental well-being. Participants were guided through practical techniques to reduce stress, enhance concentration, and maintain a balanced lifestyle.

The program was conducted as a live interactive session, encouraging open discussions, real-time activities, and active engagement. A large number of students participated enthusiastically, making the session both impactful and meaningful.

The interactive environment encouraged students to take a mindful break from their routine and invest in their overall wellness. The session received positive feedback from attendees.
