The Don Bosco Institute of Technology (DBIT) Alumni Association (DBITAA), in collaboration with the Department of Library, proudly organized the Librarians’ Day Celebration on 12th August 2025.
The event featured exciting Quiz and Debate Competitions for students, hosted by our distinguished alumni — Ms. Likitha R (Alumna, ECE – DBIT) and Mr. Sahil Govrenkar (Alumnus, CSE – DBIT).
The celebration highlighted the importance of librarians and their invaluable contribution to academic excellence. The Prize Distribution Ceremony held at 12:30 p.m. marked the conclusion of an inspiring day filled with knowledge sharing, enthusiasm, and appreciation for the world of books and learning.
At DBIT Bengaluru, such events continue to strengthen the bond between students and alumni, while fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and lifelong learning.
