The Don Bosco Institute of Technology (DBIT) Alumni Association (R), in collaboration with the Department of Training and Placements, is delighted to announce a Placement Drive for DBIT alumni from the 2025, 2024, and 2023 batches.

The recruitment drive will be conducted by Eruna Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. on Monday, 28th August 2025, at 9:00 AM in SH-1, DBIT Campus, Bengaluru.

A special appreciation goes to Ms. Divya (2010 Batch Alumna), currently serving as Project Manager at Eruna Technologies, for her invaluable support in facilitating this opportunity for DBIT graduates.

Help Desk Executive – Job Description:

• Provide end-to-end technical support for registered mobile app users 
• Handle incoming queries via phone and manage support tickets 
• Identify and resolve issues or escalate appropriately 
• Communicate effectively with users and internal teams 
• Manage support systems and maintain service records 

Additional Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi & English, plus two local languages 
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends
