The event featured Dr. C. K. Subbaraya, Principal of AIT Bengaluru, Dr. Ayman Badawi from the American University of Sharjah, and Dr. Siva Sankaran Sivanandam from the University of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, along with ten distinguished speakers and eight session chairpersons. Organized in association with Visvesvaraya Technological University and sponsored by the Indian Society for Technical Education, it included 106 abstracts from national and international authors and saw active participation from 100 attendees.
